Classic Sermon Series

7 PRODUCTS

The Classic Sermon Series from Straight Bible turns classic preachers into vintage-style graphic tees.

These are pastors, evangelists and Bible teachers from the last two centuries, from several church traditions, whose sermons and books are still read today. Each design borrows the look of old revival posters, fight bills and sermon prints.

  • Charles Spurgeon (1834–1892), London’s “Prince of Preachers,” gets a sermon-print design built on the call to preach the gospel.
  • A.W. Tozer (1897–1963), the Chicago pastor who wrote The Pursuit of God, is framed as a heavyweight champ with a ring for each Gospel.
  • Leonard Ravenhill (1907–1994), the English evangelist behind Why Revival Tarries, gets metal-style type for his call to prayer.
  • Smith Wigglesworth (1859–1947), the Bradford plumber turned Pentecostal evangelist, carries the line “Faith Moves Things.”
  • Watchman Nee (1903–1972), the Chinese church leader imprisoned from 1952 until his death, appears in an archival mugshot style.
  • G. Campbell Morgan (1863–1945), longtime pastor of Westminster Chapel, headlines a psychedelic poster named for his book The Great Physician.
  • Alexander Whyte (1836–1921), the Edinburgh preacher, is quoted: “Grace always flows down.”
