What This Design References

MK Ultra was a real CIA program, run from 1953 into the 1970s, that experimented with drugs, hypnosis and other methods of mind control, often on people who never agreed to it. Most of its records were destroyed in 1973, and what survived came out in the Church Committee investigation and the 1977 Senate hearings.
